    Boken tar upp ett stort antal exempel på olika proffs som pratar med andra och det reflekteras över samtalen. Slutsatserna är oftast helt självklara. Till exempel är det bra att ibland stanna till och tänka efter. Boken hade kunnat vara på 34 sidor istället för 340.
