    Boken är på engelska och med medicinskt fackspråk till viss del - inte helt lätt att förstå allt. Tabellerna är inte heller lätta att förstå eftersom de inte skrivits så att man kan jämföra rakt av - "det här är så här antiinflammatoriskt" och "det här är så här mycket inflammationsskapande".

    Ändå tycker jag det är en intressant bok och man kan, efter mycket begrundande och eget jämförande fram och tillbaka, till slut få en viss uppfattning om vilka fiskar som är bäst, vilka saker ma... Läs hela recensionen

    Övertygande vetenskaplig översikt av de råvaror som skapar inflammation och de som motverkar inflammation. Motiverar de som redan visste lite men som glömt bort varför man ska äta sunt. Bra med listor över mat där inflammationspoängen anges. Ett minus med de amerikanska måttenheterna. En svensk översättning vore välkommen.
