Läste Stephensons "Snow Crash" för åtskilliga år sedan och jag måste påstå att det är en av de bästa Sci fi böckerna som går att få tag på. Som vanligt lyckas Stephenson att binda ihop en otrolig mängd teman till en trovärdig och intresseväckande helhet. Det är inte många som kan foga samman virtual reality, sumerernas mytologi, hacking och framtidsdystopi som Stephenson gjort i "Snow Crash". Märkligt nog är hans böcker varken översatta till svenska eller filmatiserade. En mycket underskattad författare.

Neal Stephenson has published four novels: The Big U, Zodiac, Snow Crash and The Diamond Age. For the last of these he won a 1996 Hugo Award. He also writes (with J. Frederick George) as 'Stephen Bury'. Their books are Interface and Cobweb. Most of his books are published in Penguin. He lives in Seattle, where he is at work on other novels.
