    Efter att ha sett denna bok jämföras med Jon Krakauers Into Thin Air var förväntningarna höga. De båda böckerna följer omskakande, verkliga händelser som utspelar sig i extrema miljöer. Men ungefär där tar deras likheter slut och den uppenbara skillnaden mellan de båda författarnas premisser gör sig tyvärr ständigt påmind. Det går inte att bortse från att Bowley inte var närvarande vid själva händelsen.
