<br>John Witte, Jr., Director of the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University, is a world authority on legal history, marriage law, religious liberty, and human rights. He has published 25 books, 15 journal symposia, and 200 articles, and lectured throughout the world. His writings have appeared in ten languages, and he has won dozens of awards for teaching and research. <br>M. Christian Green is a Senior Fellow of the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University. She has taught at Emory, Harvard, and DePaul. Her specialties include law and religion, feminism and the family, human rights, comparative religious ethics, and religion and international affairs.<br>
