Myron D. Fottler is Professor and Executive Director of Programs in Health Services Administration at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Fottler has written many books in health care, most recently Human Resources in Health Care and Achieving Service Excellence: Achieving Strategies for Health Care. Donna Malvey is Associate Professor in Health Services Administration at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Malvey's research has addressed the needs of the changing health care environment as well as implications of these changes for health services administration education.
