English book = English review I really liked this book! What got me to pick it up in the first place was the cover, I mean just look at it, you just have to read it. I like the way she, Josephine Angelini, takes the history of the ancient Greek and makes it here own and fits it in to the now. The characters are likable and you root for them (I was so sad for Helen and Lucas at the end, hope that Angelini isn¿t one of the authors who torture here characters too much!) because they feel real and you can relate to them, in spite of the supernatural stuff. I can't wait until I get my hands on the next book and can see what happens.

Josephine Angelini is a Massachusetts native and the youngest of eight siblings. A real-live farmer's daughter, Josie graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in theatre, with a focus on the classics. She now lives in Los Angeles with her screenwriter husband ... and she still can drive a tractor.
