Om man skall läsa en bok om upphovsrätten på Internet är det denna man skall läsa. Ingen borde dömas för piratkopiering förrän både advokater och domare tagit del av innehållet i denna bok. Vi låter idag domstolarna slänga folk i fängelse utan att de som avgör domen har någon som helst kunskap i ämnet. Även om Lawrence Lessig inte tar med sig alla kort till bordet är boken tillräckligt detaljerad för att omvända den mest hårdnackade advokat. Läs och förstå hur lite du tidigare förstått.

Lawrence Lessig is a professor of law at the Stanford Law School. Previously Berkman Professor of Law at Harvard Law School from 1997 to 2000 and professor at the University of Chicago Law School from 1991 to 1997, he is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Trinity College, Cambridge, and Yale Law School.
