    Hard to understand whom this book is addressed to: the mixture of basic techniques and advices with no particular binding ideology. I bought it because red a citation from it (on the web), which I thought was interesting and bake an impression that the book is advanced.

Masao and June Takahashi own the Takahashi Martial Arts Centre in Ontario, Canada. Established in 1969, the Takahashi Centre is one of Canada's most successful dojos.
