Nicola Graimes has been a food writer, editor and stylist for 15 years, but her interest in vegetarianism extends far beyond that. She was the editor of Vegetarian Living magazine for 5 years and has written many articles about vegetarian food and healthy eating for both trade and consumer magazines. Nicola is particularly interested in the healing aspects of food and is a strong advocate of organic foods. She works from home in England, where she lives with her husband and child.
