Den är inte heller spännande. Som läsning betraktat påminner den om Hellers "Something happened". Den där tjocka boken han skrev där ingenting hände. Boken har ett rikt galleri av många människor med familjer och släktingar. Jag hade väldigt svårt att komma ihåg vem som var vem. Först efter 300 sidor blir den lite intressant. Hade jag inte fått den i present hade jag lagt den åt sidan långt tidigare. Nu var det lite tvång att läsa ut den. En lång, tråkig och väldigt svart skildring av ett stort antal otrevliga människor.
Som film, däremot , kan den bli verkligt bra. Passar mycket bättre på duken.

J.K.
