Out of the Abyss and into the Light

Before November 18, 2006, I was possibly one of the most confident, controlled, and put-together women you might meet, but that was about to change. On that day, my second child Daisy was born. The joy I felt immediately after her birth was unexplainable. However, after experiencing the usual baby blues something in my mind turned black and scary. It was postpartum depression, something many women experience. Through this book youll go on my journey to recovery. Youll understand how only through Gods Word did I find the courage and confidence I had lost. Not only did I find the old me, but I became a better me. My hope is that women suffering from this condition will not lose heart, only gain hope.
