Frank Millers DKR är en serie som skakade om serievärlden när den släpptes och tillsammans med Alan Moores Watchmen förändrade serievärlden för alltid.

DKR tvättade snabbt bort bilden av Batman från Adam West tv-serien som många fortfarande hade kvar i huvudet och gav oss den mörke riddaren som han ska vara. Serien är mörk, vuxen och smart utan att glömma bort att vara underhållande. Batman återvänder från sin pension för att rensa upp i ett Gotham som har blivit övertaget av nya, farliga ungdomsgäng. Men med Batman återvänder också många av hans gamla ärkefiender och en Pandoras ask av problem öppnas.

DKR ger Batman sin egen Ragnarök och höjer verkligen hjälten till mytologisk status. Ett måste för alla serieälskare.
