FLEISHER holds the Odette Research Chair in the Odette School of Business and is Professor of Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship in the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He is author of five books and more than 100 other publications. DAVID L. BLENKHORN is Professor of Marketing at the School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Ontario.
