Freeform Style

"Freeform Style" shows readers how to incorporate freeform knit and crochet techniques into ten simple patterns. Each pattern is given at three levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. The beginner will follow a written pattern and learn to incorporate one simple freeform element. The intermediate freeform artist will follow instructions for adding more elaborate freeform elements. The advanced fiber artist will be guided in breaking away from the written pattern completely so that the entire piece is freeform. A basic knit and crochet techniques section provides easy reference for readers who might be more familiar with one craft than the other.
