Betalning sker mot faktura eller med kontokort inom Sverige. Kunder utanför Sverige: Betalning sker med kontokort om inte annat är överenskommet. Du väljer betalsätt i kassan.

Betalsättet "Faktura"

Skickas tillsammans med böckerna.
  • Privatkund
    Kredittiden är 14 dagar. Observera att om du önskar betala mot faktura så behöver du ange ditt personnummer som en kunduppgift på användarkontot.

  • Företagskund
    Kredittiden är 30 dagar. Som företagskund kan du ange en separat leveransadress för beställningen. I de fallen skickas en följesedel tillsammans med böckerna och fakturan skickas i kuvert till faktureringsadressen.
    Företagskunder utanför Sverige: betalnings mot fakturan kan ske endast efter överenskommelse.
    Vi erbjuder även månadsfakturering. Det innebär att leveranserna faktureras först den 27:e i varje månad (en följesedel skickas vid varje leverans). Om du önskar månadsfakturering, vänligen kontakta vår kundtjänst (månadsfaktuering är en tjänst som aktiveras manuellt).

Betalsättet "Kontokort"

Vi accepterar för närvarande korttyperna Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard och American Express. Om du valt kontokort som betalsätt så klickar du "Bekräfta beställning" och anger därefter kortuppgifterna på den sida som följer. Om kortuppgifterna stämmer och vi kan reservera hela orderbeloppet på ditt konto så läggs beställningen. När beställningen är färdigbehandlad så drar vi det utlevererade beloppet från kontot. Observera att det reserverade beloppet kan vara otillgängligt fram till det att beställningen färdigbehandlas.


Payment

You can pay on invoice or by credit card within Sweden. Customers outwith Sweden: payment is by credit card unless agreed otherwise. You choose your method of payment at the checkout.

Payment on invoice

The invoice is included with the books.
  • Private customers
    You have 14 days' credit. Please note that if you wish to pay on invoice, you must give your Personal Identity Number in the customer details on your user account.

  • Business customers
    You have 30 days' credit. Business customers may give a delivery address that is different from the billing address. In such cases, a delivery note is included with the books and the invoice is sent separately to the billing address.
    Business customers outside Sweden: payment on invoice is available only by special agreement.
    We also offer monthly invoicing, with deliveries invoiced on the 27th of each month (a delivery note is included with each delivery). If you would like to be invoiced monthly, please contact Customer Services (the monthly invoicing service is set up manually).

Payment by credit card

We currently accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard and American Express. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, click "Place Order" (Sw. "Bekräfta din beställning") and then fill in your card details on the page that then appears. If the card details are accepted and we can reserve the whole order amount against your account, then the order is placed. Once the order has been processed, we withdraw the despatched amount from your account. Note that the amount reserved against your account may be unavailable until the order has been fully processed.
