  1. Borde ingå i prästutbildningen

    Både denna bok och hans "Jesus for the Non-Religious" borde vara obligatoriska i teologutbildning. Han vågar plocka fram alla överdrifter om mirakel, motsägelser, tvetydigheter, medvetna ändringar och tillägg som gjorts i Bibeln genom århundradena under täckmantel att det skulle vara inspirerat av Gud. Konstigt nog har han behållit sin Gudstro.

    En annan författare i samma anda är bibelforskaren och ledande auktoritet om den tidiga kyrkan och Jesu liv är Bart D. Ehrman, vars bok "Misq... Läs hela recensionen

    Kan man vara kristen och ändå kritisera Bibeln? Kan man tro på Jesus men ändå inte ta den kristna dogman bokstavligt? JA, svarar liberale teologen John Shelby Spong som har skrivit en av de mest ärliga, inspirerande och sympatiska böcker om religion jag läst.
