    Denna bok ligger som tips när vi gör medarbetarundersökning varje år på mitt arbete, som ett stöd för oss chefer att läsa för att få ännu starkare grupper och en nöjd grupp framför allt. Nu har jag har jag inte hunnit se något resultat ännu men boken är bra och har många tänkvärdheter.
