Bra bok som är lättförståd och ger förklaringar och exempel till grundläggande termer och förklarar olika varianter av BI-lösningar. Rekommenderas till de som inte nödvändigtvis arbetar med BI men för de som vill lära sig mer eller för de som vill hänga med och förstå vad BI är.
