    Superbra bok med mycket inspiration och intressanta fakta om varför äter vi som vi gör och hur borde vi ta hand om vår hälsa.

    Michael Pollan granskar nutritionsforskningen, den vi allt som oftast stöter på i form av dramatiska rubriker på kvällstidningarnas förstasidor. Boken sätter dessa 'larm' om mat i en välbehövlig kontext. Hur görs forskningen och hur tillförlitlig är den?

    I andra delen av boken producerar Pollan själv rekommendationer för hur vi skall äta. Jag tycker detta är den sämre delen. Pollan är bäst när han samlar andras kunskap och gör nya kopplingar där emellan, såsom han gör i första delen... Läs hela recensionen
