Professor Rudolf Dolzer is a Barrister at McNair Chambers, specialising in energy matters, commercial international arbitration, international investment law, and oil and gas. He is former Director of the Institute of International Law, University of Bonn, Germany, former Director General of the Office of the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany. John Bowman is a partner in King & Spalding's Houston office. For 35 years, Mr. Bowman has represented energy companies in arbitration and litigation in a wide range of commercial and investment disputes. Currently he is Immediate Past President of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and a member of the AIPN's Board of Directors.
