    Last night a scientist and a journalist saved my mind.
    This is a book that I feel is written with great compassion, cutting edge knowledge, lots of insights and on the focus of wellbeing of other humans. I sense it has a transparent purpose in relation to the scientific ground the book presents. I found Daniel Goleman and Richard Davidson truly inspires people, both as professionals (even though I don't work in these fields) and for their journey in life in relation to cultivate self-awar... Daniel Goleman (Author) Daniel Goleman, PhD, author of five New York Times bestsellers, is best known for his paradigm-shifting book Emotional Intelligence, a global bestseller, and has a long-standing interest in meditation dating back to his two years in India as a graduate student at Harvard.
