    Detta är nog min favoritbok i serien. Även om första boken också är fenomenal tycker jag historien flyter fram lite smidigare här då det är färre "sidospår". Gollum presenteras på riktigt, som på grund av sin komplexitet är den mest välskrivna och intressanta karaktären i min mening. Det slår mig hela tiden hur ofattbart det är att författaren lyckats bygga upp en sådan här värld.
