Gareth Roberts is Consulting Director of MC3C Ltd, providing consultancy support to organisations on a wide range of human resources programmes, including HR strategy, performance, pay, selection and competencies. He is a Fellow of the IPD and a panel member of the employment tribunals, and a former member of the IPDD's National Committee on Pay and Employment Conditions. He has over 20 years' practical experience in all areas of human resource management, including senior HR roles with Lloyds Bank, Parke David Pharmaceuticals and Warner Lambert Confectionery. He has been at the forefront of work on harmonised performance-related pay structures and high performance work teams.
