Dr Gozie Offiah is currently a senior lecturer in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Gozie has 10 years' experience as a health professions educator. As a full time medical educationalist, her areas of teaching expertise include curriculum design and delivery; faculty development; simulation training; human factors and patient safety in surgery; assessment including item writing and OSCE design and health professions educational research.
