    Utmärkt bok för den som vill sätta sig in i Bourgogne. En nyutgåva är att vänta. Årgångsbedömningarna ngt voluminös, bättre finns.

    Clive Coates har fler kontakter i Bourgogne än de flesta, och vet antagligen mer om dem än de själva. Det är tydligen inte ovanligt att han kan berätta om släktförhållanden odlarna inte själva kände till.
    Coates skriver på lättläst och lättflytande engelska om såväl området (som i den här boken täcker mer än 'bara' Côte d'Or), vinerna och odlarna. På grund av komplexiteten behöver de flesta av oss en hjälp som den här, om man inte är utrustad med mycket tid och pengar - han har redan gj... Läs hela recensionen
