Dan O'Brien has been a senior member of the Economist Intelligence Unit's editorial team for more than a decade. He makes regular appearances in the Irish and international media, both print and broadcast. Since leaving Ireland in 1991, he has lived in six European countries, working for, among others, the European Commission and the United Nations. He works in London and lives in Geneva.
