Mr. McCullough has held the following positions: student caseworker, State Correctional Institution at Philadelphia; caseworker, Narcotic Addict Rehabilitation Unit, Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, Michigan; caseworker and Director, Narcotic Addict Rehabilitation Unit, Federal Correctional Institution, Danbury, Connecticut: and, (all in Pennsylvania), Director of Treatment, State Correctional Institution at Rockview, Deputy Superintendent for Treatment, State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill, Deputy Superintendent for Centralized Services, State Correctional Institution at Rockview, Superintendent, State Correctional Institution at Houtzdale, Supervising Superintendent, and Deputy Secretary, Western Region. He has also been a lecturer in criminal justice at the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. McCullough holds a B.S. degree from Ursinus College and an M.S.S. in social casework from Bryn Mawr College School of Social Work."
