    Saknar bilder till måltiderna, behöver inspiration även för ögat!
    Lite krångligt med måttsatserna och en del ingredienser som är svåra att få tag i.

    När jag köpte denna bok var jag väldigt tvecksam till om detta skulle kunna fungera. Jag har nu kört programmet enligt boken i 4 veckor och till min stora förvåning har jag gått ner 7,5 kg under denna tid. Jag har minskat från 93 till 85,5. Jag har följt programmet i detalj och har nått detta enastående resultat efter bara 4 veckor. Nu kommer jag att köra vidare i ytterligare 3 veckor för att komma ner i min målvikt på 81 kg.
