    Friedman har lyckats sammanställa en väldigt bra antologi med både kända symbolistpoeter som Rodenbach, Maeterlinck, Verhaeren, såväl som flera mindre kända. Bra översättningar.
    Fina illustrationer av Fernand Khnoppff och Jean Delvillle.
