För en oinvigd inom Rolfing uppfattar jag denna bok som lättsam och lätt att ta till sig. Skulle i och för sig vilja ha den översatt till svenska men engelskan är överkomlig. Den handlar mera om filosofin bakom Rolfing-metoden: hur Ida tänker och resonerar. Ibland kan jag tycka att hon "tar i för mycket" kring sin egen metod dvs. uttrycker sig som om Rolfing är allenavägen till fysisk och psykisk hälsa. Men vem vet, kanske är det så att Rolfing (för vissa) är kungsvägen till bättre mående. Ef... Läs hela recensionen
