Lianne J. M. Boer is Assistant Professor in the Department of Transnational Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, VU Amsterdam. She previously co-edited Backstage Practices of Transnational Law (2019, with Sofia Stolk) and she was a Kathleen Fitzpatrick Visiting Postdoctoral Fellow at Melbourne Law School. Her research deals with the (socio)linguistics of knowledge construction in the field of international peace and security law.
