Professor Vincent Marks is a graduate of Oxford University and Emeritus Professor of Clinical Biochemistry and Founder Dean of Medicine from 19952000 at the University of Surrey. Consultant in Chemical Pathology and Metabolic Medicine in the Epsom from 19621969 and in Guilford from 19701995. Professor Marks is the senior author of Insulin Murders and has acted as an expert witness in numerous cases of purported insulin homicide at home and abroad, most notable the Claus von Blow case in the USA, in which hypoglycaemia was a key factor.
