Illustrated throughout with case studies and practical insights from classroom observations and experience, this book covers key aspects of mathematics teaching, including: managing the class and learning environment; teaching the topics of mathematics; encouraging mathematical thinking; choosing and using resources; using multi-media technology; assessing work in mathematics.
