    Den här boken är exakt vad varje person sökt efter för att förstå hur det går till att fokusera på det som är sant. Idag är det alltför lätt att fastna i negativa tankar och i en nedåtgående spiral som inte leder till något gott. Här får du relevant bakgrund och praktiska verktyg att förstå, lära och göra!
    Rekommenderar även Sårad av Anne Graham Lotz.
