Eric Franklin's first edition of Conditioning for Dance was a bestseller. Now it's back and better than ever, offering state-of-the-art conditioning exercises. This brand new second edition incorporates the latest scientific research on strength, flexibility and conditioning. It offers readers a wealth of new material, including over 100 conditioning exercises, two new chapters and a web resource featuring video clips. Conditioning for Dance blends imagery, focus and conditioning exercises for dancers to enhance their techniques and performance while practising injury-prevention strategies. Franklin also offers practical tips that help dancers develop their own personal conditioning plans.
