    En my ket intressant oc välskriven bok, konservativ och kritisk mot alla vänsterliberala popvärxeringar. Men den kritiska attityden får en särskild tyngd av att den 90-årige författaren inte bara är en kunnig nationalekonom utan också svart och sprungen ur fattiga förhållanden.
