    En mycket bra och pedagogisk bok om hur cocktails är uppbyggda. De utgår ifrån sex stycken klassiska cocktails och leder från dessa fram till de flesta seriösa cocktails som skapats efter dessa. Boken är mycket pedagogiskt uppbyggd med förklaringar till proportioner och smaker. Jag har läst ett antal böcker om cocktails genom åren och den kan vara den bästa jag läst. Rekommenderas både till hemmabartendern och yrkespersonen.
