Det här är en bok som lär ut folk att behandla sig själva. Med hjälp av en tennisboll eller hjälpmedel såsom Thera cane, Knobble, Backnobber . Eller med bara handen och fingrarna.
Lösningar mot smärta utan läkemedel.
Väl illustrerad men texten kräver en avancerad nivå av engelska.
(Jag vet inte om boken finns på svenska ).
En fantastik bok måste jag säga.
Min smärta minskade efter bara några minuters massage.

Boken ger en bra översikt över triggerpunkter och de obehag de kan medföra. Anatomiska teckningar och beskrivningar av smärtkänslor underlättar "felsökning".

Now deceased, Davies specialized in trigger point massage for the treatment of pain. Mr. Davies's interest in massage began when he successfully self-treated a frozen shoulder with trigger point massage. Inspired by the experience, he began an intensive private study of trigger points and referred pain. He subsequently retired from a thriving piano service business to become a professional massage therapist.
