Hassink, MD, MS, FAAP, has spent her professional career caring for children with obesity and their families in the Weight Management Clinic which she founded in 1988 at Nemours/AI duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware. She is the current medical director of the AAP Institute for Healthy Childhood Weight.
