    En väldigt intressant bok, mycket high standard i köket.

    Vissa recept kan man göra även om man är nybörjare men de flesta är krävande och ingredienserna ska man leta efter.

    Kapiteln om kockarna och deras yrkesliv är läsvärt.

    Bra som referensbok att läsa i då och då. Eller för ambitiösa kockar som kan mycket bra engelska.
