    Jag vill ha fakta och inte så mycket anekdoter. Boken skulle kunnat vara hälften så tjock om man tagit bort TJ Murphys meningslösa inlägg. De åtta standarderna var en bra lärdom och kapitlen med övningarna kommer jag att använda ofta.
