Sally Compton Scott's life should be back on track after the death of her husband, Tyler, the love of her life. Relocating from the suburbs to a high-rise building in Manhattan, she has built an accounting practice with a select group of small business clients.

Now that her new home is furnished and she is financially independent, all the things on her to-do list have been accomplished.

Yet here she was with lonely evenings, yearning for a family with children to love, and an emptiness she can't seem to fill. Who was she? Where is her life headed?

What she hadn't expected was being thrust in the midst of a murder investigation.

"...this author is talented at writing a mystery that keeps the attention of the reader..."

"...it had suspense, intrigue, action, murder, and a bit of the who done it!"

angela tiroa

"ms. gitt's latest novel, what she didn't know 2 (a continuation of her previous novel by the same name) is a departure from ms. gitt's past where her novels revolved around successful business women. "what she didn't know 2" continues ms. gitt's ability to weave a story that is exciting and engages the reader.

the book leaves you wanting more which ms. gitt will provide her readers in a forthcoming novel that continues the saga of her main character.

ms. gitt does not spend a lot of verbiage on descriptions of the surroundings, one of the aspects that makes her books so appealing to me."

"i enjoyed this story - a relief from the heavy things i've been reading lately. it's everything a good, short relaxing read of a mystery should be: just enough interesting characters to keep track of suspects, possible motives, and clues. just enough painting of the settings to be able to imagine being present there. just enough potential romance to keep it interesting. just enough reasonableness for the solution to be believable. this is nether a major literary work nor a dissertation-worth compendium of information. just a good, short read that i can recommend to fill in the empty spaces in the day."
