    Jag älskar den här boken. Så många intressanta saker. Detta är en vacker bok med underbara illustrationer.
    Självklart handlar om te.

    Många böcker om te upprepar myter, fyller på med recept och fina bilder. Här hittar vi istället fakta, inspiration och kunskap. Man har till och med tagit sig an alla hälsopåståenden med kemiska analyser. Fakta. Och fina bilder!

    En vacker och kunskapstät bok, som täcker sitt område, är faktamässigt tillförlitlig och skriver någorlunda begripligt även när komplicerade saker beskrivs. Det som hindrar mig från att ge boken högsta betyg är att den är ett konglomerat av texter av olika författare, och att den inte varit tillräckligt väl textredigerad för att täppa till glipor mellan olika författares texter. (Till exempel är beskrivningarna om hur olika sorters teer produceras i olika länder formgiven på ett enhetligt sät... Läs hela recensionen
