As a family member of a person with mental illness I have read several books on the topic. This book as helped us go through all the information in an easy, synthesized way.

I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder. I purchased this workbook to educate myself. It has been very informative and helpful. Turns out this is the same book my therapist gives to her BP patients. I am currently doing Cognitive Processing Therapy and this workbook has many of the same worksheets. I highly recommend this book if you are Bipolar.
