Helped get this previous weight lifter back on tra
I've been out of working out for 5 years now, and was finding it hard to get back in the swing of things. I couldn't get motivated to make up a routine for myself. This book has gotten me back and on track. Everything is easy to understand. The changes each week are manageable and I can stay on a week if the increase doesn't seem feasible.

Simple and helpful for beginners
I loved reading this book because it gets straight to the points and flows smoothly from chapter to chapter. It's a quick read, but I feel like it has already changed my life with the fundamental knowledge that it provides.

Everything you need to create a bodybuilding
This book is great! It truly gave me everything I needed to start a structured workout routine. My favorite part was the drawings and the detailed tips for positioning of the body. It really helped me to understand exactly how to get the exercise right! I'm excited to progress in my program!

Good gift for teen boy
Gift for teen boy. He loved it, and has asked me to buy some of the ingredients for the meal examples the book has so he can cook them (that's an added bonus!). Gives examples with free weights and tension bands, etc. You don't need a gym membership to use this book. Has a lot of information for beginners. Would recommend.
