    Det är något med hur språket är, och kanske även den lågmälda handlingen. Läsningen får mig att uppskatta det vardagliga runt omkring mig. Boken får mig att bli glad och tacksam över saker vi ofta har lätt att ta för givet, en god måltid, en kopp kaffe på ett café, en vän som finns där för en. Jag rekommender den varmt och har lagt till den bland mina favoritböcker.

He is the international bestselling author of Days at the Morisaki Bookshop, his debut novel, which was originally published in 2009 and won the Chiyoda Literature Prize. More Days at the Morisaki Bookshop is the sequel and Days at the Torunka Café is the first in his newest series.
