Hi! My name is Zoji and cooking is my greatest passion!
What I love about cooking is the great impact on my health, because I can pick all the best ingredients. I also find great that I can share my plates with my friends and family, to show that I care about them and to enjoy time together when we share our meals.
As for most of you, time is not much and that's why I love technology in my kitchen. I really appreciate any gadget that can make my cooking faster and easier. I love bread machines, microwaves, electric pressure cookers, air fryers, you name it! I combine all those gadget with simple ingredients and I get wonderful food every day on my table.
