Travel through the seasons with Polar Bear and Cub as they discover the world and the wonders within it. Although snow melts and leaves turn golden, Cub learns that a parent's love will never change. A beautiful, picture book celebration of the eternal bond between parent and child. Heart-warming illustrations from Sean Julian (A Friend Like You and My Dad!) bring Owen Hart's gentle, reassuring rhyming story to life. Perfect for both mums and dads to share with their little ones.

  1. Väldigt söt bok
    Erika , 14 november 2018

Fina illustrationer och fin mening. En lugnare barnbok som kan läsas om och om igen och sparas till framtida generationer. Lätt att översätta under tiden om man vill läsa på svenska när de är yngre

  • I Love You Brighter than the Stars

    Owen Hart

When sunlight fades and shadows fall come walk a while with me. We'll watch the sky as stars appear and count each one we see. A radiant celebration of the love between parent and child.

"In this gorgeous, nurturing tale, Hart's beautiful, moving rhyming text blends perfectly with Julian's enchanting watercolour illustrations of the endearing animals set against an atmospheric, panoramic backdrop." -- Lancashire Evening Post

Övrig information

Owen takes a walk in the woods with his dog Bradford whenever he's in need of a new idea. He lives directly above a bookshop and is sure that all the wonderful stories below seep into his dreams at night. Sean Julian enjoyed art from an early age, focusing on potato printmaking and creating plasticine dinosaurs. Years later he studied at the Mansfield College of Art, before moving to Bristol to study illustration. Being rather big and hairy himself, he was always happiest illustrating big, hairy creatures such as bears and gorillas. This naturally led to a career in children's books. He now has over twenty years' experience illustrating and writing for children.
