    Helt fantastisk kokbok. Den är stor, omfattande och kryddad med anekdoter, historier och information om ingredienser och rätter. Där finns även en rejäl nypa med poesi, mytiska anekdoter och författarens egna historier. Den är större än den rutiga kokboken, och går igenom bland annat röror, bröd, sötsaker, drycker, soppor, grytor och riskokning. Plus i kanten för att den informerar om hur man kan göra många av recepten vegetariska.
